Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about cultivating leadership skills, enhancing team performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and clients to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership training programs and workshops.
Collaborate with clients to assess leadership needs and create customized solutions.
Conduct research on leadership best practices, trends, and emerging tools.
Support program evaluation and provide recommendations for improvement.
Facilitate group discussions and activities to strengthen leadership competencies.
Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports for internal and client use.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
1–3 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or related roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
