Mailroom Associate (Temporary with Growth Opportunity)
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: April 21st - May 2nd (Potential for Growth)

We are seeking a Mailroom Associate to provide exceptional mail and shipping/receiving services in a fast-paced business environment. This role involves handling inbound and outbound mail, distributing packages, and ensuring smooth mailroom operations while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages using mail machines.
Maintain accurate records of mail transactions and deliveries.
Handle shipping and receiving of materials efficiently.
Notify employees of inbound deliveries and assist with package inquiries.
Keep the Business Service Center neat and stocked with supplies.
Provide reception, concierge, or hospitality support as needed.

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to operate mailroom equipment and maintain accurate records.
Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive inquiries.
Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask.
