  • Control and master complex systems like programmable logic controls with adept troubleshooting skills.
  • Work directly with Maintenance and Production teams to set projects for success with clear communication.
  • Transfer knowledge by coaching peers, cultivating a skill-learning culture.
  • Secure a safe work environment by meticulously adhering to safety protocols and reporting needs promptly.

Experience Essentials

Your history should include:

  • Demonstrated industrial maintenance practice of no less than five years.
  • In-depth understanding and skill in mechanics, controls, with a minimum of three years in each.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with computerized maintenance systems boosts your credentials.

Skills and Proficiencies

  • Showcase interpersonal finesse, and convey opinions effectively to foster a cooperative environment.
  • Demonstrate independence with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have a comprehensive grasp of PLC ladder diagrams and detailed wiring constructs.

Work Environment and Conditions

  • Be prepared for physical demands, including standing, sitting, and ladder navigation.
  • Experience a manufacturing setting, adapting to varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Capability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds is required.

Education and Proficiency

A High School diploma or GED is your starting point, with additional accreditation in technical spheres like electronics or electro-mechanics preferred.
