Job Description

We’re hiring a dynamic marketing strategist and coordinator to bring our marketing to the next level. We aren't a typical law firm, and we are looking for someone creative who thinks outside the box. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the Owner with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team. Responsibilities:

• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
• Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
• Design automations, lead magnets, and campaigns through our CRM, Lawmatics
• Vet, hire, and manage other marketing vendors

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• We are looking for someone who has character, intelligence, and integrity, and who contributes positively to the atmosphere within the office
• Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, or doesn't think that scanning a document is beneath them, and will wash their own coffee cup
• Someone who believes in civil rights and equality for all
• Must use Oxford Comma and pay great attention to detail in the spelling of names of team members and clients
