Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand consistency and promotional effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage marketing materials coordinate media plans enforce corporate branding guidelines and evaluate the performance of marketing programs. This role requires a blend of creativity project management and communication expertise to meet the organizations promotional goals.



Key Responsibilities :

  • Negotiate and contract equipment purchases upgrades and services from external vendors including photographers designers marketing consultants printers and translators.
  • Develop produce and maintain all corporate literature videos press releases publicity advertising and other marketing materials.
  • Enforce brand consistency by ensuring uniform application of corporate identity elements across all platforms.
  • Administer and maintain the global corporate identity manual ensuring professionalism and adherence to corporate colors and logos.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Managers Marketing and Sales teams to:
    • Identify promotional opportunities.
    • Recommend solutions and provide budget suggestions.
    • Execute marketing services such as ads direct mailers product literature sales aids and publicity releases.
  • Obtain cost estimates execute media plans and coordinate marketing projects within budgets and timelines.
  • Act as a creative resource by developing writing and editing content for promotional materials.
  • Review and edit technical papers and presentations to align with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing programs and provide actionable insights.
  • Support promotional efforts including creating product bulletins presentations and other literature.
  • Travel as assigned and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Mass Communications Business or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing electronic publishing advertising and promotional activities.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently within budget and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems MS Office Suite Adobe Acrobat and design tools.
