Hours: Monday 8am-3pm
Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm
Wednesday 8am-1pm
Friday 8am-1pm
Responsibilities:
Rooming patients and taking accurate vitals.
Assist doctor with in-office procedures.
Answering phones and triage.
Scheduling appointments.
Verifying insurance coverage and prior authorizations.
Maintaining patient charts using Tebra/Cario and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school with Medical Assistant certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable and able to work all shifts.
Must be able to pass a background check.
