Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, individualized support to adults living with mental illness in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, and medication management support.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Assist clients with daily living skills, such as housing, employment, and social support.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer specialists.
Advocate for client rights and access to necessary resources.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
