Days: Monday thru Friday 7a-5p Days: 7 nights/week 9p-5a Days: Saturday & Sunday 1p-9p * Competitive Pay – Get paid what you're worth! What You’ll Do: * Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care * Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. * Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
