 Job Description 
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information.
Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle incoming communications and prioritize requests efficiently.
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on deadlines and deliverables.
