Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining our operations by managing a wide range of administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the executive team
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
