Fitness Consultations & Sales: You’ll lead new members through personalized consultations, including goal setting, body scans, fitness assessments, a sample workout, and customized program recommendations. You’ll actively promote and sell personal training packages based on members’ individual goals and needs. 2. Personal & Group Training Services: Deliver high-energy, pre-programmed small group training sessions and team training workouts. Ensure each session is safe, fun, and effective, motivating clients to push their limits. 3. Educator & Support: Educate clients on safe and effective training techniques, provide nutrition and recovery guidance, and offer ongoing support that empowers them to reach their goals. 4. Results-Driven Coaching: Track client progress, session attendance, and key metrics to ensure their success. Leverage digital platforms to stay engaged and motivate clients beyond the gym. 5. Sales & Member Growth: Drive revenue through personal training sales and collaboration with the membership sales team. You’ll actively work toward achieving monthly personal training revenue goals by building relationships with members and promoting additional services. 6. Client Engagement: Deliver top-notch customer service with personalized engagement and accountability, building lasting relationships with members that keep them coming back. 7. Team Collaboration & Growth: Achieve monthly revenue and performance goals while attending regular team meetings for continued development. Engage with your team to share best practices, receive guidance, and collaborate on strategies for success. 8. Team Meetings: Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and foster a culture of collaboration and growth within the gym. 9. Facility Cleanliness & Pride: Maintain a clean, organized environment that reflects the pride we take in our space and the community we serve. 10.
