As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training team at our personal training studio. This includes hiring, training, educating, and overseeing client transformations. You will work with our personal trainers to help develop personalized workout plans, nutrition plans, supplement protocols, and track their progress. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing systems to help manage the team and clients to success. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in personal training as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. More importantly, you need to care for the success of your team of personal trainers. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will play a vital role in creating this exciting opportunity! • Commission based on member churn (retention) – paid out as a % of monthly client revenue. Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 plus commissions (up to $100,000 to $120,00 /yr total) Responsibilities: • Work together with all departments to ensure that we build strong professional relationships with every client, deliver an excellent experience throughout the client journey, and deliver the desired client results • Track client results and make appropriate modifications to achieve the desired outcome. Hold personal trainers accountable by coming up with solutions and implementing them to allow the team to reach the desired performance and results • Recruit and train the team of personal trainers, and evaluate their performance • Make sure everyone is following the rules and safety protocols Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the client first and providing exceptional customer service • Certified as a personal trainer (Charles Poliquin certification is a must.
