Job Description



This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award. 

This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative. The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation. This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergency medical conditions.

International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects to improve healthcare delivery, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. They collaborate with medical staff and administrators to implement solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developed comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. 
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure project success. 
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track. 
  • Ensure that projects outcomes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. 
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within allocated funds in identifying cost saving opportunities. 
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting minutes, to support transparency and accountability. 
  • Evaluate project performance, conduct post project reviews, and implement lessons learned future project management processes.

Qualifications



Basic Requirements/Certifications:

  • Minimum of Four (4) years' experience in project management or equivalent healthcare experience. 

Education Required: 

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in a relevant healthcare field of study. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. 
  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. 
  • May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate. 
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred. 
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required. 
  • Current MRPT Clearance preferred. 

Additional Information



Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Compensation Min: $75,000 Max: $150,000

Benefits – Full-time positions are eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
