This is a part-time opportunity where you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents.

### What You'll Do:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help plan and facilitate activities that enhance the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting with the planning and execution of community activities and events
✅ Encouraging resident participation and documenting engagement
✅ Providing transportation for residents to scheduled outings and activities (ability to drive a bus is a plus!)
✅ Helping to decorate and create a festive environment for special occasions
✅ Supporting weekend, evening, and holiday events as needed
✅ Collaborating with the Life Enrichment Director to ensure engaging programming

### What We're Looking For:
✔️ A positive, energetic personality with a passion for working with seniors
✔️ Strong computer skills to assist with scheduling and documentation
✔️ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
✔️ A high school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Physical ability to bend, stand, lift, and walk as needed (up to 40 lbs.)
✔️ A clean driving record (preferred but not required)
