Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic transactional team. We are a leading firm known for handling multifaceted projects that shape the landscape of commercial and residential development.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and executing intricate legal drafting across a variety of transactional documents. This role demands a practitioner who can adeptly translate complex legal and business concepts into precise and effective contractual language. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior, technically proficient writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team. A strong academic foundation from a reputable law school is expected.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assume significant responsibility in a variety of complex real estate and corporate transactions.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, financing instruments, and development-related contracts.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and provide insightful legal analysis on transactional matters.
  • Engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance our clients' strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant, transferable legal experience in real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the legal intricacies of mixed-use, residential, or hospitality development projects.

To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity, please submit your resume, a compelling cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and a writing sample that showcases your capabilities in complex transactional drafting. We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and are an equal-opportunity employer.
