Our office is expanding, and we are searching for a detail-oriented and personable insurance office administrative assistant. Your main responsibility will be to provide support services by welcoming clients, taking phone calls, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and fulfilling other administrative duties. The right person for this position will be an organized Professional who enjoys face-to-face contact with clients and who brings a positive, problem-solving energy to the office.
