Job Description

Our client is seeking a Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to support corporate hiring within a retail brand. This role will partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to drive full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles.
  • Duration: 3 months, potential to extend
  • Hybrid (NYC)
Responsibilities
  • Manage 10–15 active requisitions at a time across corporate functions
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer management
  • Post and track roles in SuccessFactors
  • Manage candidate pipeline through a mix of applicant flow and proactive sourcing
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
  • Coordinate interview scheduling
  • Conduct onboarding tasks using established checklists
  • Support ad hoc TA projects, including documentation cleanup and process updates
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally, working with EAs and Directors to coordinate hiring needs and scheduling
Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years’ recruiting experience (corporate required, agency- nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate recruitment from the fashion/consumer sector required
  • Influential personality, able to guide and advise managers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • SuccessFactors experience preferred
  • Prior in-house recruiting background required (a mix of in house and agency experience preferred)
