We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to support business operations and support functions across various regions in the United States. This role is responsible for recruiting qualified salaried exempt candidates, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and delivering a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with company goals and values.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, screening, presenting candidates, salary negotiations, and reference checks
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and hiring managers
  • Monitor ATS (applicant tracking system) data and respond to metrics inquiries with accuracy and urgency
  • Maintain a robust sourcing and referral network across internal operations and external channels
  • Deliver weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports
  • Lead and support interview assessment centers across the U.S. as needed
  • Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs and build pipelines for current and future roles
  • Proactively source candidates through social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and online talent communities
  • Conduct candidate interviews and summarize qualifications for hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior and personal integrity in all recruiting activities

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred

 

Required

 

  • Experience recruiting within the facilities management industry
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Proven support of diversity and inclusion hiring efforts
  • Skilled in qualifying candidates and presenting them in compliance with OFCCP standards
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Energetic, persuasive, and outgoing personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
