Registered Nurse – Trauma - Nights

Our Client: Our Client is a full-service healthcare provider that has been serving the Aventura, FL community for over 20 years.

The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified registered nurse for the trauma department. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

• From $36 to $50 Per Hour
• Shift Differential: $4.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Available Shifts :

• Nights Only (Rotating Weekends)
• 10pm to 6am or 9pm to 5pm
  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
  • Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of trauma acute care experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse, or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
