As a Renewable Energy Lead Generator , you will be the face of our solar energy solutions in a retail environment. Your primary responsibility is to connect with customers, educate them on the benefits of solar power and whole home battery storage, and encourage them to take the next step by booking a consultation. You’ll work in a high-traffic retail setting, initiating conversations and building relationships with homeowners who are already considering home improvement projects.
In this role, you will maintain a professional and engaging presence, ensuring that potential customers feel welcomed and informed. You will also track and manage customer information using company tools to facilitate smooth follow-ups. If you enjoy engaging with people and want to develop your skills in a growing industry, this position is an excellent opportunity.
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, confident, and excited to make a difference in the renewable energy space. Previous experience in sales or customer service is required. You must be comfortable engaging with customers, handling objections, and guiding conversations toward scheduling consultations.
