RF / TEMPEST Test Engineer (TS/SCI Poly Required )

Compensation

Pay Range: $155,000 - $210,000

This pay range is provided as a general guideline only and is not a guarantee of compensation. The final salary offer will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the responsibilities of the role, candidate education, professional experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional considerations may include internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements

An active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence and Lifestyle Polygraph is required.

U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as no visa sponsorship is available.

Education & Experience

Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP-II) OR Interagency Training Center

Certification: Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Practitioner (TSCP)

3+ years of experience in TEMPEST testing, design, or engineering

Candidates with strong hands-on backgrounds in RF engineering, or electrical/electronics engineering will also be considered, provided the clearance and polygraph requirements are met.

Your work will directly influence the protection of classified information and the integrity of national defense systems.

Collaboration will be a key part of your success. You will engage with crypto device users, vendors, and TEM representatives to support secure engineering practices. Precision documentation and reporting will be critical as you contribute to both compliance and mission readiness.
