Job Description

Position Title: J anitorial / Sanitation.
Location: 1812 S 16th St, McAllen, TX 78503, USA

Schedule : Part-time 2days weekend, 9 hours per day, 18 hours.
6 am 3 pm or 3 pm 12 am
Rate of Pay: $15.00.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ALL opening duties are executed by the entire Team each day.
  • Pressure wash daily as per schedule.
  • Operate Parking lot sweeper as per schedule.
  • Provide Weekly reporting to Property and MRI Management.
  • Operate Auto Scrubbing Floor equipment.
  • Painting Touch Up as required.
  • Drywall repair and resurfacing as required.
  • Graffiti Removal if needed.
  • Residential Trash dumpster removal and replacement.
  • Cleaning and Pressure washing ALL trash containers.
  • Cleaning and Pressure washing ALL trach collection room.
  • Hiring and Training of Janitorial staff as needed.
  • Supervising Janitorial staff to ensure that ALL daily, weekly, monthly, tasks are completed as scheduled and on time.
  • Must ensure that all shifts are covered for fulfillment as required.
  • Ensuring that all Safety Protocol is followed by the entire Team at all times.
  • Participate in Property Staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Must be able to Plan, Coordinate, Schedule, Communicate, be PRO Active.
  • Working hand in hand with Property Management Team on all promotional and community events.
  • Tenant Communication Coordinator during construction events.

Requirements:

  • No experience required - we’ll train you.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out.

Responsabilidades:
  • Asegurarse de que todo el equipo realice todas las tareas de apertura diariamente.
  • Lavar a presión diariamente según el cronograma.
  • Operar la barredora del estacionamiento según el cronograma.
  • Presentar informes semanales a la administración de la propiedad y de resonancia magnética.
  • Operar el equipo de fregado automático de pisos.
  • Retocar la pintura según sea necesario.
  • Reparar y renovar la superficie de paneles de yeso según sea necesario.
  • Eliminar grafitis si es necesario.
  • Retirar y reemplazar contenedores de basura residenciales.
  • Limpiar y lavar a presión todos los contenedores de basura.
  • Limpiar y lavar a presión todas las salas de recolección de traqueostomía.
  • Contratar y capacitar al personal de limpieza según sea necesario.
  • Supervisar al personal de limpieza para garantizar que todas las tareas diarias, semanales y mensuales se completen según lo programado y a tiempo.
  • Deberá asegurarse de que todos los turnos estén cubiertos para el cumplimiento según lo requerido.
  • Asegurarse de que todo el equipo cumpla con el protocolo de seguridad en todo momento.
  • Participar en las reuniones del personal de la propiedad según lo programado.
  • Debe ser capaz de planificar, coordinar, programar, comunicar y ser proactivo.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de administración de la propiedad en todos los eventos promocionales y comunitarios.
  • Cordinador de comunicación con inquilinos durante los eventos de construcción.

Requisitos:

  • No se requiere experiencia; ¡te capacitamos.
  • Se prefiere diploma de preparatoria/GED, pero no es un requisito.
  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos periodos y levantar hasta 13.6 kg.
  • Imprescindible tener un teléfono inteligente para registrar la entrada y la salida.
  • Capaz de tener un nivel de ingles y espanol , para poder comunicarse.
