Job Title: SAP ECC (S/4HANA) Project Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC (S/4HANA) Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of robust Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions using SAP S/4HANA across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams involved in SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for SAP ECC/S/4HANA initiatives.
• Develop and maintain best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for implementing and optimizing SAP ECC/S/4HANA solutions across the organization.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on process improvements, problem-solving, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status and results to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations and support activities within large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including core modules such as Financials, Controlling, Procurement, and Materials Management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and departments.
• Advanced skills in project management methodologies such as AGILE or PRINCE2.
• Certified SAP consultant (e.g., SAP C_TCAP_960) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large, complex organizations with multiple entities, legal entities, or subsidiaries.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and their integration with SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Advanced skills in scripting languages such as ABAP for data manipulation and integration purposes.
• Experience with SAP Data Services, SAP Data Hub, or similar data preparation tools.
