**Shift: Monday-Friday** **8:30am-5pm**
**Pay: up to $40.67/hr**
This position is **ONSITE** in **Torrance, CA, MUST be able to commute to Torrance, CA**

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Create, update, and maintain storyboards and instructional content for online self-study training modules tailored to automotive service advisors, ensuring alignment with customer service best practices, dealership processes, and brand standards.
+ Conduct market research and analyze service advisor performance data and learner feedback to identify training needs, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and dealership personnel to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
+ Manage and contribute to special projects related to service advisor development, customer experience, and dealership operations.
**Daily Tasks:**
+ Use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and other digital tools to create, edit, and maintain instructional materials and eLearning content in an office environment.
+ Work closely with SMEs to translate dealership processes and customer service strategies into effective training content.
**Required Skills:**
+ 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably as a service advisor, service manager, or trainer.
+ Strong understanding of dealership workflows, customer service principles, and service advisor responsibilities.
+ Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially PowerPoint), **Adobe Creative Suite, and general AI tools for content development.**
+ Ability to interpret complex service processes and customer interactions and translate them into clear, engaging instructional content.
**Desired Skills** (Preferred, Not Required):
+ ASE C1 certification or equivalent experience in service consulting.
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Automotive Mgt., or a related field.
+ Experience working in a Honda or Acura dealership service department.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., **Articulate, Captivate** ).
