**Job Title:** Laboratory Service Support Representative **Client:** Kelly **Location:** Novato, CA **Pay Rate:** $33.00 per hour **Hours** : 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday 6 month assignment **Responsibilities:** + Conduct site operations in line with program contracts and Statements of Work + Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, service vendors, and staff + Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to laboratory asset management + Manage inventory, including pre-registering and escorting engineers, maintaining consumables, and updating asset records + Support service activities, review reports, and resolve customer issues + Participate in continuous improvement projects and adhere to safety procedures + Travel to multiple client locations as needed to support account requirements **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** + Associate degree or equivalent experience + Laboratory experience + Previous customer service experience + Experience in Life Science or Healthcare environment preferred + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Working Conditions:** + Works primarily at customer locations, in office environments including cubicles and laboratory settings with noise and hazards + Interactions include face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, Teams meetings + Physical Activity: Walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, lifting, PC work + May use material handling equipment like push carts and pallet jacks + Required to travel by airplane and automobile for meetings and trainings as necessary **What Happens Next:** Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
