Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home. **Your role** In this role of Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting carriers with shipping information, providing accurate picking orders to the warehouse team, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. **Your background and experience** + Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment. + Familiarity with shipping processes and documentation. + Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. + Ability to prepare and review shipping orders and reports. + Experience coordinating local delivery routes and fleet schedules. + Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination. + Ability to handle shipment complaints and resolve issues effectively. + Proficiency in email communication and scheduling appointments. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily reporting. + Ability to train and mentor new team members. + Comfortable with manual tasks such as loading trailers when needed. + Proactive and dependable with strong independent work skills. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. 2+ year of logistics coordinator skills, Forklift operator certification required. **What you can expect from us** Because we're a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
