**Job Description**
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts and drive engagement across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate campaigns with distributed creative, demand-gen, and product teams across time zones
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
* Create engaging content calendars and manage posting schedules
* Monitor social media analytics, prepare monthly performance dashboards, and iterate on insights
* Collaborate with design and copy teams to produce high-quality assets
* Manage social media ad campaigns, budgets, and A/B testing
* Engage with followers, influencers, and brand partners in real time
* Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform betas
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of professional social media marketing experience
* Proven record of building communities to 100k+ followers or >25 % YoY growth
* Expertise with management & listening suites (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
* Strong copy-writing plus basic graphic/video editing (Canva, Adobe Express)
* Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube ads
* Data-driven mindset; ability to translate KPIs into actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal English; asynchronous communication skills
