What You'll Do:
You'll work closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide one-on-one, personalized behavior interventions for children with autism. Your compassion and commitment will help these children thrive and achieve their fullest potential. This role involves providing therapy in the homes of our clients, creating a comfortable and supportive environment for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy in individual sessions, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques based on the treatment plan provided by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress using technology tools, as directed by the BCBA.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on the goals and progress.
Complete all required training within the designated timeframes and apply knowledge in client sessions.
Obtain and maintain your credential within 30 days of orientation and keep it valid throughout your employment.
Complete time sheets and session notes accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance (greater than 95%).

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is highly preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Comfortable with technology and tech-savvy.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Successful completion of state and federal background checks, as well as child and adult abuse clearances.
CPR certification is a must.
