We are seeking a Special Events Associate to join our growing event marketing team. As a consistently expanding company providing marketing, advertising, and consulting services to nationally recognized brands, we specialize in creating personalized, high-impact promotional campaigns that connect directly with target markets.
Through on-site promotions, strategic marketing, and innovative advertising , we help generate new revenue streams and brand awareness for our clients. Due to the recent addition of several major accounts, we are now hiring motivated, enthusiastic individuals to support our event marketing efforts and grow into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Promotions Coordinator with the development and execution of event marketing strategies
Coordinate logistics for event activities including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control
Process and track event sales and assist in post-event reporting
Manage event timelines, schedules, and vendor coordination
Represent clients at promotional events and engage with customers
Step into an Event Manager role as needed
Lead by example and support training of interns and new team members
