SAP HCM experience and/or Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 experience Required 5 Years Successfactors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM Required 5 Years Experience working with Successfactors APIs and integrating those using 3rd party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO Required 0 Experience transferring Onboarding data to an external HRIS system (specifically SAP ECC) Required 0 Deep knowledge of Successfactors Onboarding processes Required 0 Experience using integrations to send documents from Successfactors to a document management system like OnBase Required 0 ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module Required 0 ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Required 0 Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module Required 0 Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Required 0 The ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical team members Required 0 Successfactors and/or SAP HCM certifications Highly desired 0 Experience working with SAP PO Highly desired 0 Experience with ABAP development Highly desired 0
