The company are a well-established roofing business in Alabama, who require a Superintendent to join their team due to growth.
In this role, you will be joining a tight-knit and collaborative team, who are always looking out for each other.
They have a low turnover of staff, due to their willingness to constantly promote from within, so you will have plenty of opportunity to take your career to the next level.
The Role
· As a Superintendent you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring roofing projects run smoothly while keeping close track on the various job progress.
· The Superintendent will also be responsible for directing and mentoring subcontractors and other on-site field staff.
· This position strongly requires business management acumen, driven professionalism and a great level of leadership whilst maintaining a great amount of attention to detail, time management and effective communication skills.

· Previous experience as a Superintendent on Commercial Roofing projects
