Job Description:
Will be responsible for:
Managing opportunity tagging, including orphans, in Salesforce and Smartsheet
Troubleshooting SLA issues and ensuring timely updates
Auditing leads and opportunities to ensure all required fields (e.g., MQL Sent to Sales, Campaign Code, Lead Gen Rep) are populated
Identifying and correcting automation misses, particularly around orphan SQLs and duplicate tagging
Supporting intake from the Lead Gen Ops Troubleshooting form and maintaining tagging accuracy within the 90-day attribution window
1-2 years' experience required
