As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in GTM recruitment, capable of collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements across various departments. You will be an integral part of our global team, leading the hiring efforts for the US, with a focus on Go-to-Market positions.

The ideal candidate should be based in the Boston area and able to work in the office three times a week.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on US (GTM) hiring.
Technical recruiting experience- advantage.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in recruitment.
