Job Description

System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Technical Recruiter.  This is a new position due to business growth.  The company offers competitive benefits and bonus eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Determine the company's needs through collaboration with hiring managers and understanding the technical requirements and project needs
• Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan for identifying technical talent using a variety of methods
• Screen and evaluate the candidates ensuring technical and cultural fit.  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate periodic updates on status of searches and candidate pipelines
• Stay up-to-date on the market / industry trends, competitor practices and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical recruiter role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience 
• Strong understanding of technical roles and aptitude for learning technical areas
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with computers and recruiting databases
• Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and industry partners
• May require travel up to 10 - 20%

Target Salary:  $75K - $85K
