As a Teepee Glamping Coordinator, you will:

  • Greet, register, and escort guests to their assigned Tipi Glamping Tents.
  • Clean all gas grills and the area around the Tipi Glamping Tents.
  • Use the online booking service on an iPad to register guest activities.
  • Make pre-screening calls to all reservations prior to arrival.
  • Transmit and receive telephone calls to pre-register guests for all resort activities and functions, and check for special needs.
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, travel directions, and other guest inquiries.
  • Make and confirm reservations for all guests in the Tipi Glamping area for all resort activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
