Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced Title Clerk to join our dealership family! Qualified candidates with prior experience as a Title Clerk in the automotive industry will be considered first. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership, coupled with an adaptable skill-set and a positive demeanor, are highly valued attributes. Responsibilities Include:

Preparing license and title documents accurately and efficiently
Submitting all legal transfer documents to the Department of Licensing (DOL)
Administering all title processing for auction transactions
Preparing checks to reimburse Buyers for any DOL fees incurred
Processing all necessary documents for wholesaled units
Collecting payments from Wholesalers in a timely manner
Working with accounting team at month-end to ensure a timely close

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of Title Administration experience is required
Must hold a notary certification or be willing and able to obtain it upon hire
Dealership experience is strongly preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
