What will you do?- Upskilling, and Reskilling current workforce
- Controlling and Tracking training through Schenider's digital platforms,
- Administration and execution of mandatory learning requirements: planning, scheduling, coordination, follow up and reminders, roster submission
- New Hire Onboarding and Training
- Connectivity
- Certification of Trainers
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? - Preferred Background in Training Within Industry
- Preferred Train the Trainer experience
- Preferred 1-3 years experience
Our basic requirements : The department requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), plus Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.
- Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift.
- Requires ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work.
- Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.
