• Achieve plant operational knowledge to facilitate seamless training delivery.
• Offer flexibility in shift coverage, ensuring crucial engagement across trainee touchpoints.
• Present training metrics—covering turnover, effectiveness, and certification timelines—to our leadership cadre.
• Embrace diverse responsibilities as they arise.

Experience You Bring:

• Conversational ease in both English and Spanish is a plus.
• 1-2 years dedicated to leadership roles with hands-on training experience is preferred.
• Background as a Training Coordinator focusing on SOP creation enriches your candidacy.
• Showcase leadership with sharp communication and interpersonal prowess.
• A head for analytics and problem-solving complements continuous improvement techniques.
• Capability to function autonomously, balancing diverse goals and responsibilities effectively.
• Familiar with digital tools and systems, SAP expertise considered an edge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Adept at adjusting to schedule variations, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Highly articulate communicator, strong in both speech and writing.

Foundation of Education:

Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED
