Job Description
As a Traveling Foreman , you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial pool construction projects at various locations across the country.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing on-site leadership and direction to construction crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to effectively plan and execute construction activities.
* Managing day-to-day operations on the job site, including scheduling, material procurement, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
* Enforcing compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards and client requirements.
* Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues as they arise.
* Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and job site documentation.
* Training and mentoring construction crew members to promote skill development and teamwork.
Qualifications :
* 3+ years of experience in commercial pool construction and site management, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
* Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods related to pool construction.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
* Willingness to travel extensively and work in various locations as required.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
