Position : Webflow Developer
Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST
Salary Range : $2,000-$2,500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Role:

Our client delivers an all-in-one analytics and shipping platform that streamlines FBA shipments for Amazon sellers. We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to take full ownership of our site—turning finished Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance pages and keeping existing content fresh. You’ll collaborate directly with our designer and the founder, rapidly launching new sections, landing pages, and iterations as we grow. Ideal candidates can manage Webflow end-to-end and have a track record of shipping clean, responsive sites at speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build responsive, interactive, and pixel-perfect websites using Webflow.
• Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow sites.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement CMS-driven web pages.
• Ensure SEO best practices, site speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing Webflow websites.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed (e.g., analytics, forms, automation).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ yrs professional Webflow development (CMS, interactions, symbol/component systems)
• Good HTML fundamentals: understands semantic tags ( headings, alt text)
• Converting Figma designs to production sites without templates
• Familiar with SEO on-page best practices, schema, redirects, analytics tags
• Comfortable hooking Webflow to marketing/analytics stacks (ActiveCampaign)
• Ability to work US EST, CST, or MST time zone

Nice to Have:

• React or Vue experience; component design systems
• Automation/CI with Zapier, email automations
• Light design skills
