LOCATION: Hybrid in Boulder, Colorado (3 days per week in office - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Lunch will be provided!)

We’re looking for a Website Manager with proven experience owning the end-to-end website process - from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and performance analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to manage day-to-day updates, enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Perform website updates, create landing pages, and develop messaging/copy to ensure consistency with brand and marketing goals.  

  • Website Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive web strategies that align with business goals, enhance user experience, and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. 

  • Project Management:Manage website projects, working closely with developers, and marketing colleagues to implement updates and new features.  

  • SEO & Performance Optimization: Lead SEO strategy and execution to ensure content is optimized for search rankings and organic traffic growth. 

  • User Experience (UX) & Information Architecture (IA): Ensure the website is intuitive, engaging, and optimized for conversion by monitoring user behavior and making recommendations for improvements. 

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with campaign, content and MarTech colleagues to create landing pages, campaign tracking, and web-based assets that drive lead generation.  

  • Web Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance, engagement, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights, recommendations and tactical execution of enhancements.  

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to align website efforts with broader marketing, branding, and product positioning strategies.  

  • Website Maintenance & Best Practices: Manage content updates and website refreshes to ensure consistency, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and brand alignment.  

Qualifications:  

  • 6-10 years of experience in website management. Must have experience in the B2B data storage, software, or related technology sectors. 

  • Proven proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Elementor) and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.  

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.   

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret web performance data and translate it into actionable improvements.   

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or relevant experience

COMPENSATION: Base salary range: $85,000 to $125,000. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible to receive incentive compensation based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved.
