Here’s the deal:

• Pay: $800 to $1350 per week, with opportunities to earn more through upsell commissions, the more you sell, the more you make!
• Tips: Earn $2000-$4000 in tips per year from happy customers who appreciate your great work.
• Work Schedule: 5 eight-hour days, we rarely work weekends.
• Company Perks: Company vehicle and all tools provided, health insurance reimbursement, all major holidays off, and more!
• Growth Opportunities: Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. As we grow, you’ll have a chance to move up within the company.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
• No more than 2 MVR violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Good communication skills and a clean-cut, trustworthy attitude.
• Window cleaning experience NOT necessary—we’ll train the right person!
• Not afraid of heights—you’ll be on ladders and rooftops.
• Desire to make great money by putting in hard work and upselling services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces with non-abrasive cleaning solutions, water, and squeegees.
• Drying edges with microfiber cloths to ensure a streak-free finish.
• Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order to provide safe, high-quality service to our clients.
