We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to design, develop, and implement Anaplan-based solutions that support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting . The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to build and optimize models that drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
5+ years of Anaplan experience (including at least 3 full implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models ).
Proven expertise in Anaplan model building and optimization .
Strong background in financial and enterprise performance management (incentive compensation, performance reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting).
Ability to design end-to-end, integrated solutions that enhance business processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills able to challenge and refine requirements, not just execute requests.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into Anaplan solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments.
Ability to document complex models and processes professionally.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Anaplan Certification is a plus.
