Next Generation Wireless, UScellular's, now apart of T-Mobile largest Authorized Agent, is seeking an Area Sales Leader to lead and inspire a team across multiple locations in Northern Wisconsin.

About the Role:
This position is perfect for a proven wireless multi-unit sales leader who has experience managing and leading a team across multiple locations. If you thrive in a retail sales environment and are passionate about developing Leaders, this could be your next career move!

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing Sales Leaders and Retail Wireless Consultants across multiple retail locations. This role ensures exceptional customer experiences, oversees sales operations, and achieves market sales goals while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Mentor and train retail Store Leaders through observation, coaching, and counseling.
  • Support location operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer issues.
  • Handle escalated customer situations with balanced decision-making.
  • Foster a professional growth environment for associates.
  • Align the market with company core values and expectations.
  • Lead by example with high personal and professional standards.

  • Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of experience leading leaders in the wireless industry.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing and able to travel regularly to all retail locations within the market.
  • Passion for Growth: Energy and dedication to lead, inspire, and grow a winning sales team.
  • Communication: Strong leadership communication skills.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities on a tight schedule.
