Your work will include collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event is a success. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate gatherings, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating them into actionable event plans.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event services and materials.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain detailed event documentation, including schedules, contracts, and post-event reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours during events.
