• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, analytics, and lead funnels
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently within remote structures and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
