Company Overview: Peak Performance & Prevention (“P3”) is a fast-paced, growing, direct- pay, functional medicine practice. Our focus is optimizing a patient's biology and reversing disease by addressing the fundamental pillars of health with education, support, coaching, advanced diagnostics, and evidence-based treatments. We encourage patients and staff to embrace becoming curious about their health and actively engage in their medical care. As a direct patient care practice, we have replaced costly and contentious insurance billing processes with transparent cash-pay options that allow patients more control in their wellness journey, longer appointments, better connection, and more dynamic partnerships with their care team.

Our Medical Receptionist & Administrative Assistant must be customer service oriented and provide an exceptional guest experience to our patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, a self-starter with advanced time management skills, and adaptable. The ability to creatively solve problems and anticipate common issues is essential. A warm, friendly, conscientious, team player will make you a good fit with our close-knit working family.
