  • Collaborate on strategic launches, from new product rollouts to market expansions, optimizing for success at every stage
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on designs and features based on user behavior, analytics, and experimentation
  • Implement best practices for high-quality, scalable frontend development, setting the standard for engineering excellence
  • Drive technical decisions and shape the frontend architecture to support rapid iteration and experimentation, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Product, Marketing, and Data Science to create user-first experiences

Skills you should HODL

  • A passion for designing high-impact, user-centric experiences that drive measurable growth
  • Ability to balance experimentation velocity with engineering best practices to support rapid iteration
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, A/B testing methodologies, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision making
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus web applications
  • Strong belief in the value of testing, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and sanity testing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to haves
