Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to after-hours and weekend service calls to address plumbing issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, water heater issues, and more.
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers.
• Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to clients during stressful situations.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle stocked with essential tools and parts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service and repair.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-call shifts during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort with working in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to complete tasks efficiently.
