**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Shopify Store Administrator** to manage our online store, oversee product listings, implement marketing campaigns, and drive sales through strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience in **Shopify store management, digital marketing, and graphic design**, with a strong ability to generate leads and grow our brand presence.
* Create, upload, and optimize product listings with high-quality images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.
* Oversee the seamless functionality of the website, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and collaborate with developers when needed.
* Redesign the homepage and landing pages for seasonal events, promotions, and marketing campaigns based on the annual calendar.
* Design and execute ads for **festive sales, promotions, and product launches** using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
* Develop and schedule engaging **social media content** across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Implement **email marketing campaigns** for customer engagement, retargeting, and promotions.
* Optimize store SEO, including meta descriptions, alt text, and keywords to enhance search rankings.
* Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers, including **coffee shops, souvenir stores, museums, and tourist attractions**, offering custom-branded stainless steel bottles.
* Contact **large corporations and event organizers** to promote bulk purchases for corporate gifting, employee wellness programs, and branded event merchandise.
* Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
* **Experience managing a Shopify store** (including product uploads, theme customization, and app integrations).
* Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of **social media management and advertising**.
* Familiarity with **email marketing platforms** (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
* Basic understanding of **SEO and e-commerce best practices**.
* Excellent communication skills and experience in **B2B outreach and lead generation**.
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
